- Letter informing the parents of Friedrich Grüll that their son was killed in action near Wolomin, Poland, on 4th of August 1944. The Feldpostnummer confirms that he was serving in the 8. Kompanie of the Fallschirm-Panzerjäger-Regiment Hermann Göring. According to the statements of his Hauptmann, Grüll was a Panzer crew member. His tank burned out and his body could not be recovered.
