Conditions of use

All items presented on this website are sold for historical and collecting purposes only, and do not encompass an ideological view. We strongly advise users with ideological motives not to register.

Guarantee and return

All goods are sold with a lifelong guarantee on authenticity, unless described otherwise. The item has been manufactured during the time frame presented, usually during the Third Reich era (1933-'45).

In the unlikely case you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a right of return for two weeks after arrival of your purchase. Guarantee will only be offered if the items were shipped through registered mail or other tracked shipping that provides proof of the date of delivery. If you wish to return an item, please fill out the form you will find under the Menu item 'Returns'.

Shipping costs and paypal fees are non refundable and tracked return shipping is on the buyer’s expense.

Shipping

Please refer to the 'Delivery Information' page to check the various shipping options and possibilities on insurance. Shipping is on the buyer's risk, unless adequate insurance is added.

Tax

Crain's Militaria comm.v. is a Belgian firm operating under the margin scheme. Taxes are not applicable.

Payment

Payment by card (credit/debet) and Paypal is possible by integrated Paypal checkout, also available without Paypal account for card payments.

A payment processing fee of 5% is automatically applied, unless payment is made by bank transfer.

We expect your payment within reasonable time (2 weeks) after your order. Payment plans are possible for high end items at request. Feel free to enquire, though only before ordering an item. A non refundable deposit will be needed to confirm the payment plan.

The "Pickup from Store" delivery and "Cash on Delivery" payment options are only for pickup and payment of the item in our office in Gent, Belgium. In no case should they be used to reserve an item without prior agreement.

Purchase

Crain's Militaria is also buying. Please contact us if you have a collection, grouping, photo albums or other lots to sell.

Consignment

Consignment sales are possible for higher value items at the following rates:

200 - 1000 EUR: 25%
+ 1.000 EUR: 20%
