Award document and photo grouping to Stabsgefreiter Peter Lang. Following his RAD service, Lang served with the II. Abteilung of Flak-Regiment 411 in France, and then with leichte Flak-Abteilung 89 (mot.) on the southern section of the Eastern Front, notably on the Krim and the Kuban bridgehead, earning the EKII along with the Erdkampfabzeichen and Krimschild. He was captured by the Russians on 12th of May 1944 at Sewastopol and survived the war.

  • Award document for the Erdkampfabzeichen der Luftwaffe, May 1943, beautiful design by the 9. Flak-Division, hand signed by Generalmajor Wolfgang Pickert, Knight's Cross with Oak Leaves winner. 
  • Award document for the EKII, May 1943, also hand signed by Knight's Cross with Oak Leaves winner Wolfgang Pickert. 
  • Award document for the Krimschild, March 1943, facsimile signed by Generalfeldmarschall Erich von Manstein, Knight's Cross with Oak Leaves winner. 
  • HUGE "Kriegs-Chronik" remembrance wall decoration, sized 45 x 33 cm, with pasted on portrait photo and overview of his military career, also mentioning the four awards. 
  • Excellent studio portrait photo with most of his awards, including the Ground Assault Badge. 
  • Large photo grouping with 90 almost exclusively military photos spanning his entire career, from the RAD to Luftwaffe training, France, and the Eastern Front. Includes portraits, guns, planes, life in the field and more.

  • POW Personal data sheet mentioning his last unit as Flak-Regiment 27, temporary registration card and POW discharge document.
