- Kriegsverdienstkreuz 2. Klasse, 1943. Nice layout of the 3. Panzerarmee.
- Verwundetenabzeichen in Schwarz, for his first wound in December 1943.
- Verwundetenabzeichen in Silber, for a single, heavy wound sustained on 8th of October 1944 in the area of Aachen.
- Eisernes Kreuz 2. Klasse awarded in Dresden, January 1945, undoubtly also following the heavy wound in October 1944. Signed by General Leopold von Schwedler, Ritterkreuzträger.
