- Soldbuch and Wehrpass grouping to Oberwachtmeister Alois Bösl, a true combat veteran who served as a Geschützführer and later Zugführer with the Artillerie. When the war broke out, he was already 4 years in service. His first action followed during the French campaign with the independent schwere Artillerie-Abteilung 649. In Russia, he served for almost 3 years with Artillerie-Regiment 10, part of the 10. Infanterie-Division fighting on the central (1941-'43) and southern (1943-'44) sectors of the Eastern Front. The division was reformed into the 10. Panzergrenadier-Division in June 1943. Shortly after, he was wounded no less than four times in just four months time. Eventually, it was the typhus he got in Spring 1944 that resulted in his ticket home. Bösl was awarded the Eisernes Kreuz 2. Klasse, the Ostmedaille, the Verwundetenabzeichen in Schwarz, Verwundetenabzeichen in Silber and Eisernes Kreuz 1. Klasse.
- Soldbuch in very good and complete condition with an exciting portrait photo showing four awards in wear, including the EKI. Lots of nice entries including a Mauser pistol and five awards plus the Führergeschenk.
- Wehrpass also in very good and complete condition, huge battle list (larger than A4 when folded out), all awards properly entered as well as a rarely seen list of combat days counting for the awarding of the Ostmedaille.
- This fine grouping also contains two release documents from his prewar service.
