- Wehrpass to Obergefreiter Johann Fritz, who fought with the 7. Kompanie of Infanterie-Regiment 41 during his entire active career, after joining the Wehrmacht in November 1938. As part of the 10. Infanterie-Division, he saw action with his unit during the Polish campaign (Western Poland, Bzura, Warschau, ...), and then on to the French campaign. He was wounded on 13th of June in Sainte-Menehould, but survived his shrapnel wound and returned for the Russian campaign. There, he was KIA on 20th of September 1941 near Romny, Ukraine. He is buried in Charkow.
- Fritz was awarded the Sudeten-Erinnerungsmedaille, the Verwundetenabzeichen in Schwarz and the Infanterie-Sturmabzeichen. The Wehrpass is in an excellent and complete condition.
