• Wehrpass grouping to Gefreiter Franz Altmann. He served his entire active military career, from August 1940 to his death in February 1942, with Infanterie-Regiment 61 of the 7. Infanterie-Division. Moved from France to Poland in April 1941, the division fought on the central sector of the Eastern Front (Minsk, Wjasma, Brjansk, Moscow). Altmann was KIA on 22nd of February 1942 in Wossilki and is now buried in Rshew, under the unknown. He was awarded the Ostmedaille.  
  • The Wehrpass is in an excellent and complete condition, it comes with the matching Ostmedaille award document in very good condition (folded, not punched) and an extra note from the Wehrmeldeamt that came with his battle list.
