• Soldbuch to Stabsgefreiter Franz Kammer. First issue started in December 1939. This laborer from Landshut served in one single front unit during his entire war: Infanterie-Regiment 246, later renamed Grenadier-Regiment 246, part of the 88. Infanterie-Division. With this unit, he saw action in France 1940, and then on the Eastern Front: Kiew, Charkow, Kursk, Woronesch, Shitomir, Tscherkassy and Poland. He was wounded twice and earned the Ostmedaille, EK2, Verwundetenabzeichen in Schwarz, the Infanterie-Sturmabzeichen and most importantly the Nahkampfspange I. Stufe, entered on page 8.  
  • The Soldbuch is in a good condition, some pages are loose but it's a 100% complete. A portrait photo was never inserted.
