- Soldbuch to Obergefreiter Max Kühbauch, who served every single day of the war with one and the same active unit: Nachschub-Kompanie 7, a supply unit of the 7. Infanterie-Division. With the 7.ID, he fought in Poland, on the Westwall, in Belgium (Leuven, Tournai, Schelde, Leie), France, and the central sector of the Eastern Front, pushing for Moscow but ending up on the Orel and finally in Prussia in 1945. Kühbauch was awarded the Ostmedaille and the KVKII mit Schwertern. He followed an NCO course but must have failed as he ended the war as Obergefreiter - a rank he already obtained in July 1941. An interesting entry on page 3 says that the Soldbuch was to be used as temporary Wehrpass, as his original Wehrpass was destroyed in action.
- The Soldbuch is very used (6 years of service), with loose pages but still a 100% complete.
