- Wehrpass to Gefreiter Josef Sigisbert Molz. First issue from June 1941. This young financial employee came out of the Hitlerjugend, where he had earned the Reichssportabzeichen, the HJ Schiessabzeichen and the HJ Leistungsabzeichen. He was originally qualified by the Luftwaffe as a future pilot or Fallschirmjäger, but after his basic training with Flieger-Ausbildungs-Regiment 62 in Blois (France), he was assigned as a Schreiber (writer) to the staff of the I. Gruppe of Zerstörergeschwader 2 in June 1942. He served there on the airfields of Tschugujew and Charkow on the Eastern Front, then followed his unit when it was rebuilt into the III. Gruppe of Zerstörergeschwader 1 in November 1942. Here, he was posted on the airfields of Athen (Greece) and Taranto-Grottiglie (Italy) while his unit was equiped with Messerschmitt Me 210.
- In March 1943, Molz transferred to his final unit: the Zerstörergeschwader 26 "Horst Wessel", then primarily flying on Messerschmitt Bf 110 and located on the airfield of Trapania, Sicily. Molz was killed there on 10th of May 1943 during an Allied bombing on airport Trapani-Milo in preparation of Operation Husky, the landing that would occur two months later. He is now buried in Motta St. Anastasia.
- Wehrpass in excellent and complete condition. It comes with his death card, futuring a very nice portrait photo in tropical uniform.
