- Soldbuch to Obersoldat Bruno Obermüller. First issue from October 1942. This young Grenadier first served with Grenadier-Regiment 585 of the 320.ID and then Grenadier-Regiment 726 of the 716.ID - both in occupied France, in the later invasion area in Normandy. After a short stop with Heimatpferdepark 21 in Posen (Poznan) in 1943, Obermüller was sent to the 11. Kompanie of the verstärktes Infanterie-Lehr-Regiment in Döberitz. This unit was sent to the Italian front immediately after the invasion on the Anzio beachhead in February 1944, and deployed with the 3. Panzergrenadier-Division. A few months later, Obermüller was killed in action, on 1st of June 1944, in Pontanella near Perugia. He rests today in the Pomezia cemetery, Block B, Grab 905.
- The Soldbuch is complete except for the portrait photo and part of the front cover. It does come with a (digital) grave photo and portrait photo of Obermüller supplied by the previous owner. The letter was taken from the Vermisstenbildliste of the DRK, as he was MIA for some time after his death.
