Photo and document grouping to Unteroffizier Hans Fleischhauer. After his RAD service and recruit time in 1935-'36, he fought with Infanterie-Regiment 280 of the 95. Infanterie-Division on the Westwall and in France. He later served in reserve units, including some time with the staff of Stalag VB in Baden-Baden, 1941. The grouping consists of:

  • Photo album, complete with 33 photos (not all shown here) plus 7 more photos. Noteworthy are some photos of the censor room of the prisoner's mail in Stalag VB, officers with awards, oath ceremony in Jauer (Schlesien), etc.  
  • EK2 Award document for the French campaign, folded and punched with some staining, with original signature of Generalleutnant Hans-Heinrich Sixt von Arnim, Knight's Cross winner.  
  • Accompanying letter to the EK2 award document, sent to Fleischhauer while in hospital in Wiesbaden.  
  • RAD Arbeitsdienstpass, complete with photo.  
  • Medical document, Haushaltsausweis and Feldpost letter.
