Document and photo grouping to Stabsgefreiter Edmund Neuberger, who first served with Flak units, then last as a Grenadier, and survived the war. The grouping consists of:
- Award document for the Kampfabzeichen der Flakartillerie, for service with Flak.Rgt.411, nice A5 sized version in red ink produced by Luftgau VI in Münster 1942, and hand signed by Oberstleutnant Erwin Weber as commander of Flak-Scheinwerfer-Regiment 3. Paper remains on the back.
- Several maps with notations of his route as a POW in 1945.
- Old photocopy of his dogtag and opening page of the Soldbuch.
- A total of 40 photos, partly mounted on pages, including a lot of portrait photos of Neuberger from his youth to his wartime service and two postwar portraits from the 1950's and 60's. Notice the very nice postcard sized portrait in late infantry uniform, with the Flak badge partially visible. Also various photos from his service in the Heimat, on the Eastern Front, and two French planes.
